The average sale price was $858,250, which is a 4.0% increase from January 2018 average sale price of $825,000. The average days on the market was 50 days, a significant increase from January 2018 which averaged 11 days on the market. The lowest price of a home sold was $700,000 while the highest price of a home sold was $975,000.

Semi-Detached Homes & Townhouses

There was a total of 1 semi-detached homes and townhouses sold in the Mississauga Valleys community this January, compared to 1 semi-detached homes and townhouses sold in January 2018. The sale price was $705,000, which is a 0.7% decrease from January 2018 sale price of $710,000. The days on the market was 8 days, a significant decrease from January 2018 which was 34 days on the market.

Condominiums & Apartments

There was a total of 16 condominiums and apartments sold in the Mississauga Valleys community this January, compared to 16 condominiums and apartments sold in January 2018. The average sale price was $440,431, which is a an 8.8% decrease from January 2018 average sale price of $404,844. The average days on the market was 29 days, a slight decrease from January 2018 which averaged 31 days on the market.
